DONATIONS & RAFFLE ITEMS
We are looking for Donations & Raffle Items to help us make this event a huge success! Donations & Raffle Items will create a fun opportunity for attendees, as well as a way for donors to give away what has been so freely given to us. What items would be useful? A few ideas might be attraction tickets, restaurant gift cards, sporting event tickets, promotional items, gift baskets, spa treatments…to mention a few. Beyond advertising awareness, local merchants help create a safe, affordable family event to the SOUTHWEST community as well as helping raise revenues for the good of the Southwest community while helping to offset costs of the free event.
GIVE-A-KID-A-WRISTBAND PROMOTION
Our GIVE-A-KID-A-WRISTBAND program provides FREE wristbands to families/kids that otherwise would be unable to attend the event. Hundreds of wristbands were provided for kids by donors contributing any amount from a few dollars to those who purchased wristbands for this program. 2011 sees an even larger demand for helping and the need for this program so consider this opportunity to put a smile on a face of a family who needs a break.
